摘　　要：本文从调查资料入手分析了中国企业技术创新存在的诸多障碍,指出了创新动力不足的根本原因是竞争压力不足、缺乏利益驱动及经营环境限制,提出了改善企业内外经营环境促进企业技术创新的对策,以期综合解决创新人才、资金渠道、社会环境、风险与收益、知识产权保障、创新动力等问题。The text based on the analysis of many barriers of technology innovation for our enterprises started with investigating data, it pointes out that the main reason of lack innovation drive is lack in competition pressure and benefit drive and restrict on management surroundings so on, put forward the countermeasures promoting technology innovation for enterprises by improving inside and outside management surroundings expecting integratively solved the questions about person with ability, capital channel, community condition, income and risk, guarantee on knowledge property rights and innovation drive.
