中国布依族HLAⅢ类抗原的分型研究

摘　　要：我们对贵州省布依族人进行了HLA Ⅲ类抗原—Bf、C4A、C4B、C2的分型研究。试验结果表明布依族的等位基因中以BfS、C4A3、C482、C481的频率为最高,分别达95.2、40.1、41.3、35.9.在Bf、C4A、C4B的单倍型频率中以BfS-C4A3-C4B2;BfS-C4A4-C482为最高,分别达18.0、15.5。本文根据国内文献报道和第11届国际会议资料,对布依族和其他少数民族的补体分型结果作了比较。发现布依族的C2A基因频率是最高的,中国少数民族Ⅲ类抗原分布正如血清学对Ⅰ、Ⅱ类抗原分型一样,可以聚类为南北二大群体。We studied the typing of HLA class Ⅲ antigens(Bf, C4, C4B, C2) in the population of Buyi Nationality resided in Guizhou Province. The result showed that of the allele, the frequencies of Bfs, C4A3, C4B2, C4B1 were the highest, reached 95.2, 40. 3, 41.3 and 35.9, respectively, and of the haplotype of Bf, C4A and C4B, the frequencies of Bfs-C4A3-C4B2 and Bfs-C4A4-C4B2 were the highest, reached 18.0 and 15.5 respectively. The result of typing of complement of population of Buyi nationality was compared with that of other minorities in China, and showed that the frequency of C2A was the highest. The distribution of HLA class Ⅲ antigens in Chinese minorities can be divided into two ethenic groups which stand for the population resided in the southern and northern China, respectively, the same as the result of serological typing of HLA class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ antigens.
