摘　　要：分 9个专题对第 9届 ISOPE大会报告有关海洋平台结构的最新研究动态进行了评述和总结 ,并结合我国海洋石油工业的发展现状提出了一些建议 。topics on offshore platform structures are reviewed based on the papers presented at the 9 th (1999)International Offshore and Polar Engineering Conference held from May 30 to June 4 in Brest, France. The 9 topics cover the main advances of offshore platform structures in the last year.Some suggestions are put forward as a summary of this review for the development of platforms in China offshore oil industry.
