糖尿病患者血清透明质酸、层粘连蛋白及Ⅳ型胶原的变化

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)及Ⅳ型胶原(col Ⅳ)测定在糖尿病中的意义。方法：采用放射免疫分析法测定90例糖尿病患者及76例健康对照者血清中HA、LN及col Ⅳ 的含量，并初步分析它们在糖尿病中的意义。结果：①糖尿病组血清HA高于对照组(P<0．05)；②糖尿病组血清LN高于对照组(P<0．01)；③血清col Ⅳ在糖尿病组与对照组之间比较无显著性差异(P>0．05)。结论：血清HA及LN的检测对糖尿病及其并发症的诊断具有重要价值。To study the value of the deternination o f serum hyaluronic ac id(HA),laminin(LN) and type Ⅳcollagen(col Ⅳ) in diabetes mellitus Methods：The levels of HA,LN and col Ⅳ in serum were detected by radioimmunoassay in 90 cases of diabetes mellitus and 76 healthy subjects,an d the values in diabetes mellitus were evaluated Results：①The HA levels in diabetic patients were significan tly higher than those of control group (P<0.05)②The LN levels in diabeti c patients were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01) ③ There is no significant difference in col Ⅳ content between the two groups (P >0.05)Conclusion：The results suggest that HA and LN in serum play a n important role in diagnoses of diabetes and its complication
