摘　　要：针对目前理工院校学生人文社会科学知识的贫乏 ,综合素质差 ,知识结构单一的情况和未来社会人才需求的特点 ,阐述了在理工院校进行综合素质教育 ,改善知识结构的重要性和必要性 .In view the poverty at humancistic social science,the weakness of the comprehensive qualities,and the sigleness of the knowledge structure for the science studens,as well as the peculiarities of the demand of the futrue intellectuals,this paper has expounded the importance and necessity of the training of the students' comprehensive qualitied,and the improvement of their knowgedge stucture.
