摘　　要：本文在从发生论和价值论的角度对道德与法律的关系进行分析的前提下,进一步就道德与法律在发展中的相互影响、德治与法治并举的重要性进行了讨论。在上述基础上,本文从需要与可能的角度深入探讨了当前在中国加强公民道德教育的意义。This paper analyses the relation between ethics and law from the perspective of theories of occurrence and values,and discusses the mutual influence o f law and ethics in their development and the importance of the government of both ethics and law.Based on what is d ealt with,the paper further discusses the significance of strengthenin g ethi-cal education of citizens in present China from the angle of necessity and possibility.
