摘　　要：Since the beginning of the 70’s, the applied ethics has developed rapidly not only in the US and Canada, but also in Europe and other countries all over the world. As the moral theory in the democratic times, the applied ethics regards “no?injury” as the hardcore of the ethical principles and persists in the values of “autonomy”,“justice”, “responsibility” and “respect”. It analyses the ethical dimensions of the various social problems in our scientific and technical age and strives for a social consensus in solving these problems by means of democratic dialogues within the ethics?committees.Since the beginning of the 70's, the applied ethics has developed rapidly not only in the US and Canada, but also in Europe and other countries all over the world.
