摘　　要：我们用凝胶过滤获得部分纯品后发现,在体外能抑制人PBL的NK-A;小鼠静脉注入也有明显抑制效应。为模拟同性恋活动。肛门灌注精浆及其抑制因子和小鼠精子后,其抑制效应更明显。对上述免疫抑制效应与AIDS易感性的可能关系作了简要讨论。Partial purified human seminal plasma (HSP), the immunsuppressive component obtained by gel-filtration could suppress the activity of NK cells of human PBL in vitro, and as introduced intraveously had also suppressive effect on the immunity of mice. As a mimic of homosexual activity injection of HSP, its suppressive component and murine sperms per rectum was shown to cause more prominent immunosuppresion, The possible relationship between the immunosuppressive effect and suscetibility to AIDS was discussed.
