摘　　要：本文对二十世纪的殷代语音学研究进行了简要的回顾．从研究材料、研究方法、研究成果等方面，介绍了赵诚、陈振寰、管燮初、郭锡良、陈代兴、何九盈和邹晓丽等学者的研究．对新世纪殷代语音研究进行了展望。This article briefly reviews the past and looks forward to the future of the study on phonetics of the Shang Dy- nasty (商) in the 20th century. It introduces briefly the study of some important scholars from materials, methods and a- chicvements of their study, and looks forward to the future of the study on phonetics of the Shang Dynasty (商) in the new century.
