摘  要:探讨了用An—76真菌木聚糖酶漂白NaOH—AQ麦草浆。结果表明,经酶处理后纸浆白度和聚合度提高,KMnO4值降低。酶处理浆的可漂性增加,尤其对过氧化氢漂白影响较大,白度提高3%~4%ISO。酶处理浆的强度提高。Bleaching of soda-AQ wheat straw pulps with acidic xylanase An 76, derived from strains of fungal origin, was investigated. It was found that the enzyme treated pulps showed an increase in pulp brightness and in DP and a drop in KMnO4 values. The bleachability of the treated pulps was improved, especially for hydrogen peroxide bleaching, in which a brightness gain of 3%~4% ISO was obtained. The strength properties of the enzyme treated pulps were also upgraded. The optimum conditions of the enzyme treatment are as follows: enzyme dosage 3%~6% IU/g,pH5.0. pulp consistency 5%~10%,and 40~ 50℃ for 90~120 minutes.
