高速涡轮牙钻手机消毒药械的临床试用

摘　　要：在5所医院中试用高速涡轮牙钻手机消毒器及配套消毒液速灭安,效果良好。在55℃速灭安溶液中浸泡3或6分钟,可将自然污染的口腔细菌杀灭99.99％。速灭安连续使用26天,杀灭效果不减,牙钻手机浸泡处理200次未见锈蚀。Trial of the disinfector and its accessory disinfectant Sumie'an (containing 0.5% bromogeramine, synergist and anticorrosive agent) for disinfection of high-speed turbine dental handpiece was carried out in 5 hospitals of Beijing . The results indicated that the application was satisfactory . When the handpiece was immersed in the disinfectant at 55℃ for 3 or 6 min , the average kiling rate of the natural bacteria of oral cavity was 99.99% which was better than the efficacy of scrubbing with 75% ethanol cotton-ball. The disinfection efficacy was not influenced by the presence of organic matter and continuous heating during prolonged use. The rotation speed of the handpiece did not change and no corrosion occurred after immersion in the disinfectant (6 min) for 100～200 times.
