摘　　要：影视剧本委托创作合同有其自身的特点 ,纠纷常涉及剧本质量、报酬等 ,产生此类纠纷的主要原因是合同签订时有漏洞、没有认真履行合同 ,以及缺乏自我保护意识。The contract of entrustment of creation of film and TV play has its own characteristics. The disputes arisen are often about the quality and reward of the play. The main reasons for this kind of dispute are as follows: the loopholes while signing the contract, not well performing the contract, and the lack of consciousness of self-protection. The methods available to avoid the dispute are to regulate the signing of the contract and physical performance of it.
