抗栓酶3号对家兔血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制物的影响

摘　　要：本文采用纤溶酶特异的发色底物分解产色法对注射不同剂量抗栓酶3号(Svate-3)的家兔血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)及其抑制物(PAI)的活性作了检测。结果发现给药后tPA活性增高.PAI活性降低.并与给药剂量及速度有关.血纤平板纤溶面积与tPA活性呈显著正相关(r=0.861;P<0.01),与PAI活性呈负相关(r=-0.769;P<0.01)因此认为Svate—3的溶纤作用可能与血管内皮tPA释放增加及PA I活性降低有关.The activity of tPA and PAI of rabbits receiving different dosages of the Svate -3 were assayed with special substrata decomposition method. It was found that after Svate- 3 infusion, the activity of tPA increased but the activity of PAI decreased and it was related to the dosage and the speed of administration. The size of fibrinolysis in blood fibrin plate was in positive correlation to the activity of t-PA(r= 0. 861,P<0.01and in negative correlation to the activity of PAI(r=-0. 769,P< 0.01). So it was considered that the fibrinoly tic action of Svate -3 may relate to the increase in tPA which are released from the endotheliocyte of blood vessel and the decrease in activity of PAI.
