化州橘红多糖的药用研究

摘　　要：对化州橘红进行分离提取,并对其多糖类物质进行药理和临床等研究,结果表明,化州橘红多糖具有明显的祛痰止咳作用,是有效的药用成分之一。临床疗效观察发现,化州橘红多糖对慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺气肿具有良好疗效,有效率达81%,未见毒副作用。Study of the pharmacological and clinical ef-fect of polysaccharide extracted from exocarpiumcitri rubrum of Huazhou showed that the polysac-charide is consisted mainly of exocarpium citrirubrum of Huazhou, which is effective in relievingcough and sputum, Clinical studies showed that itseffect rate was about 81% in treating chronic bron-chitis and obstructive pneumonectasis and no side-effect was observed.
