摘　　要：采用RP-HPLC法,以80%甲醇为流动相,分离了苍术油β环糊精包合物中主要有效成分苍术素,以外标法测定了苍术素的含量,平均回收率为99.01%,RSD小于1%,完成测定仅需25min。RP-HPLC was used to determine atracty-lodin in β-cyclodextron inclusion compound ofatractylodes oil with 80% methanol as the mo-bile phase. Atractylodin was isolated by re-verse-phase HPLC, and its content was deter-mined by the external standard method. Its re-covery was 99%, and the coefficient of varia-tion (RSD) was less than 1%. The Process wascompleted in 25 minutes.
