摘　　要：文章通过对河南省非师范类高等学校在校生及在职往届毕业生普通话使用情况的调查分析 ,研究探讨了该人群双言使用情况和心态 ;分析了非师范类高校进行普通话水平测试工作的迫切性和可行性。希望对非师范类高校的推普工作有所裨益。This is the report of an investigation of the use of Putonghua among students of and graduates from the non normal colleges and universities in Henan Province. It probes into the reasons why they speak Putonghua and dialects alternatively. Further, it maintains that it is a pressing and feasible task to introduce the Putonghua proficiency test in these colleges and universities.
