摘　　要：对 Andrews的方法加以改进,建立了以RP-HPLC测定细胞内微量铂络合物的灵敏方法。实验证明该法灵敏度高、重现性好、简便易行,是研究各种铂络合物与细胞相互作用的较理想的分析手段。在此基础上,研究了在不同细胞系中铂络合物浓度与其细胞毒作用的相互关系。According to Andrews′s method, we de-veloped a RP-HPLC technique for the quanti-tative determination of micro-platinum in dif-ferent cells. The method was found simple,sensitive, and suitable for the detection of mi- cro-platinum in cells. Using this method, westudied the relationship between concentrationof three platinum compounds and their toxici-ty in different cell lines.
