摘　　要：用CPA矩阵分光光度法,以BASIC语言编制程序,不经分离直接测定复方茶碱片中茶碱、咖啡因、非那西丁、可可碱和氨基比林等5种组分含量。方法简便、快速。5种组分的回收率、RSD依次为:101.4%、2.01%;98.86%、1.84%;100.0%、2.22%;99.32%、2.13%;98.61%、1.80%(n=9)。CPA-matrix spectrophotometry with BA-SIC language program without preliminaryseparation for determination of theophylline,caffeine, phenacetin, theobromine andaminopyrine was used for analysis of com-pound theophylline tablets. The method sim-ple and rapid, showed the recovery rates andRSD of 5 components were 101.4%, 2.01%;98.86%, 1.84%; 100.0%, 2.22%; 99.32%,2.13%;98. 61%, 1.80% (n=9), respectively.
