关于设立民事诉讼审前准备程序的思考

摘　　要：随着我国市场经济体制的确立和市场经济的发展 ,我国民事诉讼立法所固有的缺陷日益显露 ,突出的问题就是缺乏严格意义上的审前准备程序。在介绍西方各国审前准备程序及其改革的基础上 ,提出在我国设立民事诉讼审前准备程序的构想。With the establishment of market economy system, along with its development in China, inherent drawbacks in civil procedural legislation are revealed, and the most striking problems of which is short of the pretrial procedure in a strict sense. Consequently, how to establish the pretrial procedure for civil litigation in China is put forward as a suggestion based on the introduction of the pretrial procedure along with its reform in western countries.
