原发性肝细胞癌3′,5′-cPDE的组织化学研究

摘  要:采用组织化学方法,对23例人的原发性肝细胞癌,7例正常肝组织及4例肝硬化,进行了3′,5′-环-磷酸腺苷磷酸二酯酶(cAMP-PDE)和3′,5′-环-磷酸鸟苷磷酸二酯酶(cGMP-PDE)的组织化学研究。结果表明:在正常肝组织内cAMP-PDE的阳性率为42.9%,cGMP.PDE阳性率为71.4%,两组间差异显著。同时还进行了cPDE与碱性磷酸酶(ALP),5′-核苷酸酶(5′-AT)、琥珀酸脱氲酶(SDH)三组酶的对比组化研究,这三组酶与cPDE之间没有明显的相关性,后者从特异性和敏感性方面均优于前者。The localizations and activities of both cyclic adenosine 3′, 5′-monophosphate phosphodiesterase (cAMP-PDE)and cyclic guanosine 3′, 5′-monophosposphate phosphodiesterase (cGMPP-DE) were studied by histochemistry in 23 cases of human primary hepatocellular carcinoma (42.9%) and 7 cases of normal hepatic tissues (71.4%). There was significant difference between two positive rates above. The result suggested that activities of CPD were correlative not only with the differentiated degree of hepatic cells, but also with different morphological types of PHCC.Simultaneous comparative study was also done between cPDE and ALP, 5′-NT and SDH. These was not obvious correlation between cPDE and there enzymes. The peculiasity and sensitivity of cPDE were superior to ALP, 5′-NT as well as SDH.
