重症肝炎末梢血T细胞亚群分布的研究

摘　　要：本文应用单克隆抗体APAAP法检测了重症肝炎末梢血中T细胞亚群的分布。结果:重症肝炎末梢血中CD_3^+,和CD_8^+ T细胞百分率较急性肝炎明显降低(P<0.01);重症肝炎死亡病例CD_8^+T细胞百分率随病情加重而下降,生存例CD_8^+T细胞百分率在病程中无明显变化。上述结果提示:重症肝炎的发生可能与CD_8^+T细胞大量聚集肝组织内有关。We investigated the peripheral brood T lymphocyte subtype in patients with fulrainant hepatitis and acute hepatitis by APAAP using monoclonal antibody. The findings presented in this study: (1) The percents of CD^+_3 and CD^+_5 T lymphocytes in cases with fulminant hepatitis were significantly lower than that in acute hepatitis (P<0.01). (2) The percent of CD^+_8 T lymphocyte in dead cases with fulminant hepatitis had descended following the exacerdation of this disease and no change of CD^+_8 T lymphocyte in survival cases. The results suggest that CD^+_6T lymphocyte gathered a great in liver may be involved in the development of fulminant hepatitis.
