157例早期胃癌临床病理及其30年变化趋势分析

摘　　要：作者分析了肿瘤研究所自1960年～1990年间收治的157例早期胃癌的临床病理特点及其变化趋势。发现早期胃癌、微小癌及小胃癌的检出率逐年提高;早期胃癌在老年组的发病比例逐渐增多;早期胃癌组织学类型虽然仍以管状腺癌为主,但低分化腺癌已经占有相当比例,印戒细胞癌亦有上升趋势。作者对早期胃癌之年代变化因素做了探讨。At the Cancer Institute of China Medical University 157 patients with early gastric cancer were operated on during a period of 30 years, from 1960 to the end of 1990 and the chrononlogical sequence of the pathological features was analyzed. The results showed that detection ratio of early gastric cancer including small and microscopic cases increased with time; the number of elderly patients above the age of 60 years increased gradually; among histopathological type of early gastric cancer tuberlar type was still more frequent than the others, but recently poorly differentiated type and signet ring cell type were increased. The possible factors contributing to such changes were studied.
