碱性成纤维细胞生长因子复合天然型无机骨修复兔下颌骨缺损的形态计量研究

摘  要:观察了碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)复合天然型无机骨 (N .N .B)与单纯天然型无机骨对骨生长的促进作用。在人工兔下颌骨缺损部位置放 3组不同的骨组织 ,17实验单位置入N .N .B ,17实验单位置入bFGF +N .N .B ,9实验单位置入自体骨 ,分别于 3周、6周、12周观察不同组别单位面积内的成骨面积、血管密度 (MVD)、间质细胞增殖指数 (PCNA增殖指数 )。结果发现 :bFGF +N .N .B组成骨时间早 ,成骨面积多 ,血管增生明显 ,PCNA增殖指数高 ,与N .N .B组有明显差异 ( p <0 .0 0 1) ,与自体骨组基本接近 ( p >0 .0 5)。可见 ,bFGF可促进新骨在无机骨中的生长 。Observe and compare the promoting action of bFGF compound N.N.B on the growth of bone with that of a single natural non-organic bone. Place three groups of different bone tissue in the deficient part of the artificial rabbit lower jawbone:place N.N.B into 17 test units,place bFGF and N.N.B into 17 test units and place the bone from the rabbit itself into 9 test units.Observe the bone forming area, micro vessel density(MVD),and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA index)in unit area of all the test groups respectively at 3 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks. The group of bFGF and N.N.B showed a earlier starting of bone forming, larger area of bone growing,obvious vessel proliferation and higher PCNA index. The result of this group contains obvious difference (p<0.001) with that of the N.N.B group and is close to the group of the bone taken from the rabbit itself(p>0.05). bFGF can promote the growth of new bone in the natural non-organic bone and can be used as a comparatively satisfactory compound artificial transplanting bone.
