摘　　要：本文介绍了一种用于小动物实验的微波外辐射天线,其特点是外辐射范围局限在直径1cm以内。用该天线对带人体胶质瘤的裸小鼠微波加温治疗,观察表明该天线仅作用在肿瘤区域,破坏了肿瘤细胞的生长,而对全身没有影响。该天线是小动物局部区域微波辐射实验研究的理想工具。A kind of microwave water filled antenna has been designed. It can radiate microwave engrey to the area with diameter of 1 cm. The result of using it in hypertherrnia nude mice with planted human brain glioblastoma shows that the microwave energy is located in the tumor tissue, destroys the growth of glioblastoma, and does not affect the other tissues. It is a useful experimental tool for the study of local microwave radiation effects.
