摘  要:为了探讨中医脾与肌肉的关系,测定了脾气虚模型大鼠在造模和复健后,骨骼肌中与能量代谢有关的一些元素和相关酶活性的变化,以及骨骼肌细胞腺苷酸(ATP、ADP和AMP)浓度和能荷值的变化。结果表明,与正常大鼠比较,脾气虚大鼠骨骼肌细胞ATP含量和能荷值显著减小(P<0.01,P<0.001);与无氧酵解相关的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性显著升高(P均<0.01);与之相关的微量元素锌和铁的含量也相应地升高(P均<0.01);与肌肉收缩有关的元素铜、钾、钠减少而钙增多。经健脾益气的黄芪四君子汤治疗后,上述变化可得到纠正而趋于正常。说明脾气虚证的发生机制与脾失健运造成能量代谢异常有着密切的关系。本实验为中医"脾主肌肉"理论的研究提供了实验依据。In order to investigate the relationship between Spleen and muscle, the changes of trace elements, enzyme activity, adenine nucleotides and energy charge (EC) in the skeletal muscle of rats with Syndrome of Spleen Qi Deficiency (SQD) were studied, the curative effects of Sijunzi Tang (SJZT 四君子汤) for SQD were observed too. Results showed that in comparing with normal rats, the levels of ATP and EC lowered significantly (ATP P< 0.01, EC P< 0.001), the enzyme activity of the anaerobic glycolysis increased significantly (P< 0.05), the zinc and iron concentrations were higher (P< 0.01) while the copper, potassium and sodiumconcentrations were lower than normal significant- ly (P< 0.05). These changes could be corrected after treatment with SJZT for strengthening Spleen and tonifying Qi. Above-mentioned results suggested that the mechanism of Spleen Qi Deficiency is closely related to the abnormal energy metabolism, and the TCM theory of Spleen dominating muscles might have its Scientific basis.
