胃癌患者淋巴细胞电泳率的激光散射法测定及临床意义

摘　　要：本文用一种新的电泳技术——激光准弹性光散射,快速、准确测得胃癌病人淋巴细胞电泳迁移率低于健康正常人。进一步研究发现,胃癌病人术后及化疗后其淋巴细胞电泳迁移率均有不同程度的提高。因而胃癌病人淋巴细胞电泳迁移率的变化,可为临床手术预后诊断提供一项重要指标。并且可以动态监测化疗对免疫系统的影响。在实验中我们还发现,胃癌病人出现一组正常人所不具有的异常表面电荷的淋巴细胞群。这一淋巴细胞群的功能及意义有待于进一步实验研究。The electrophoretic mobility (EPM) of lymphocyte in stomach cancer patients was determined by Laser Doppler Spectroscopy. The result showed that EPM in stomach cancer patients was lower than that of healthy blood donors. After operation and chemotherapy, the EPM of lymphocyte in patients was increased in variable degrees. More- over it was found that lymphocytes of cancer patients had a subpopulation of lymphocyte with unique mobility which the healthy donors had none. Hence the EPM in patients may indicate the prognosis when patients have been operated upon or received chemotherapy.
