颈部交感神经鞘瘤及迷走神经鞘瘤82例分析

摘　　要：自1954年～1986年32年间共收治颈部神经鞘瘤148例,其中交感神经鞘瘤51例(34.5％),迷走神经鞘瘤31例(20.9％),共计82例。其依次发病部位为臂丛、颈丛、咽旁、面、舌下、舌、副、膈等神经。本文就交感及迷走神经鞘瘤82例进行分析,诊断时强调三主征的重要性;(1)颈前三角肿块(2)颈动脉向前移位(3)神经功能障碍。另就鉴别诊断进行了讨论。One hundred and forty-eight cases of neurilemmoma in the neck seen from 1954 to 1986 including 51 cases(39. 5%)from the sympathetic nerve and 31 cases (20.9%) from the vagus nerve were reviewed. The nerves involoved by the tumors were brachial plexus, cervical piexus, facial nerve, hypoglossal nerve, lingual nerve. accessory nerve, and phrenic nerve. Three major features were associated with the diagnosis of this tumor, viz : (1) mass in the anterior triangle of neck; (2) the forward displacement of carotid artery, (3) neurogenic dysfunction. The differential diagnosis was also discussed in this article.
