9例左房粘液瘤临床X线分析

摘　　要：我院自1980年以来经手术病理证实9例左房粘液瘤。男5女4,年龄37～56岁,平均45.9岁。病程2个月到13年,1年之内者7例。术前8例根据临床、超声、X线表现均得到正确诊断,提出了左房粘液瘤临床及X线具有某些特点,以资与二尖瓣病变鉴别。认为对疑难病例CT检查是必要的,特别在鉴别是粘液瘤还是心腔内其它占位性病变或血栓时较超声更可靠。Nine cases of left atrial myxoma, 5 in males and 4 in females are reported. All underwent surgery and were proven pathologically. The age ranged from 37 to 56 years (average 45. 9 yrs.). The duration of the disease was from 2 months to 13 years with 7 less than 1 year. Eight cases were diagnosed correctly before operation by virtue of clin- ical history, echocardiography and X-ray examination. CT examination was better than echocardiography in differential diagnosis, especially in distinguishing from mitral valve discase, other space occupying diseases and thrombus in atrium.
