摘 要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺直板凝胶电泳等方法测定不同抗性大豆品种接种SMVI—1毒株后叶绿素含量及过氧化物酶同工酶谱及酶活性。结果表明,感病品种和中感品种比健林分别多2条和1条酶带。感病品种的过氧化物酶活性最强,是对照的14.5倍,其次是中感品种和抗病品种。感病品种叶绿素含量明显下降,仅为对照的18.57%,抗病品种为74.43%。Methods including polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis were used to determine the isoperoxidases and their activities in some soybean varieties with different resistance levels under the treatment of being inoculated with a virulent isolate of Soybean Mosuic Virus(SMV),SMV I-1.The contents of chlorophyll in these varieties were also tested.The results showed that in the susceptible and moderately susceptible soybean varieties inoculated with symptom there were two bands and one band of isoperoxidase respectively more than those in the plants without symptom.The peroxidase activities in plants with symptom of susceptible varieties were highest(as high as 14.5 times of the plants without symptom)followed by those in the moderately susceptible and resistant varieties.In the susceptible varieties,the chlorophyll content were decreased significantly in inoculated plants which was only 18.57%of the uninoculated check,while the content of inoculated resistant plants was as high as 74.3% of the corresponding uninoculated check.
