摘  要:采用电导法和重量分析法测定涂料的保水性,其过程简单,操作方便。两种方法测定的数值比较表明:重量分析法测试结果具有良好的规律性和重现性,对保水性能变化的灵敏度高;电导法的测试结果规律性较差,并且易受涂料粘度变化的影响和干扰。Determination of water retention of coatiog colors by gravimetric and conductivity methods are described. Both of the pro-cedures are simple and easy to use. The difference of water retention value of coating colors determined by conductivity and gravimetric methods clearly shows: the gravimetric method has good logical order and reproducibility, and also is sensitive to small changes of the coating color formulations; on the other hand, the conductivity method has a poor logical order and its result is influenced by viscosity of coating color.This paper is contributed to better understanding of the water retention theory relating to the industrial coating process.
