肝动脉灌注活血药治疗晚期肝癌疗效观察

摘　　要：对20例肝动脉插管化疗后病情恶化的晚期肝癌患者,用复方丹参经肝动脉灌注,观察到其缓解体症、缩小肿块、改善生化指标的总有效率为65%,对照组为25%,两者之间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示中药肝动脉灌注治疗肝癌是一条值得探索的路子。The sophisticated technology of hepatic artery catheterization was used since 1990 in treatingexacerbated patient after chemotherapy, 4-8ml Salvia miltiorrhizae composita injection with 20 mlof 10% glucose was used. The same Chinese herbal drug based on Syndrome Differentiation as wellas Western drug to relieve the symptoms was used in both treated and control groups. After twotreatment courses, the symptom of treated group was relieved, the tumor mass shrinked and thebiochemical parameters improved, the total effective rate was 65%, while that of control group was25%, the difference between two groups was very significant, P<0.01. This result suggests that isone of effective methods which worth further investigation.
