摘　　要：本文总结利用液氮超低温冷冻加手术治疗肺肿瘤62例之经验。介绍手术方法及其改进。特点是不用特制器械;操作简便;安全可靠。主要适用于心肺功能不佳以及晚期姑息性切除病例。术后1,2年生存率冷冻组高于对照组,术后3～5年生存率两组无统计学差异。可能因冷冻免疫只能维持2年或术后3～5年病例过少,尚显示不出统计学差异。Since 1984, 62 cases of lung cancer were treated by operation in combination with cryosurgery. The method is very simple and safe, without any complication, and suits those having cardiopulmonary insufficiency or after palliative resection. The 1- and 2-year survival rates were higher in combined treatment group than in control group, but long term survival rates showed no significant difference between the two groups. It is probable that cryosurgery canonly provide short period of benefit to the patient.
