血栓素 A_2、前列环素与 Lewis 肺癌生长及转移关系的实验研究

摘　　要：实验观察了血栓素A_2、前列环素与Lewis肺癌生长及转移的关系,证实肿瘤肺部转移灶数目与血栓素A_2呈正相关,与前列环素呈负相关,与血栓素A_2/前列环素之比呈对数正相关;肿瘤大小与血栓素A_2呈正相关,与前列环素呈抛物线相关。结果提示血栓素A_2促进Lewis肺癌转移,前列环素抑制Lewis肺癌转移;Lewis肺癌主要表现为抑制前列环素合成,但在肿瘤早期,亦见促进前列环素合成现象。The impact of thromboxane A_2 (TXA_2)and Prostayclin (PGI_2)on the growth,metastasis of Lewis Lung Carcinoma(LLC)were studied. The number of lung rnetastatic foci and the weight of the primary tumor were mea- sured as parameters. Plasma TXB_2 (TXA_2 metabolite)and 6-Keto-PGF_(1a)(PGI_2 metabolite)concentrations were determined by tadioimmunoassay. The results demonsrated tha the number of lung metastatic foci correlated positively with TXB_2 level and inversely with 6-Keto-PGF_(1a)level. The weight of the primary tumor correlated with TXB_2 level and parabolical- ly with 6-Keto-PGF_(1a) level.Both TXB_2 and 6-Ket0-PGF_(1a) levels were higher in tumor-bearing mice. Our data suggests that TXA_2 promotes LLC metastasis and PGI_2 inhibites it. LLC not only inhibites PGI_2 synthesis,but produces PGI_2 as well.
