摘　　要：用＾３Ｈ－ｄＲ掺入放射自显影法测定人肝癌ＳＭＭＣ７７２１细胞对抗癌药ＤＤＰ、ＡＤＭ、５－ＦＵ的浓度依赖性，三者均有良好的线性关系。ｒ〉ｒ．０５，ＩＣ５０分别为２．５４、１．２３、６９．７（μｇ／ｍｌ），而集落培养法，除ＤＤＰｒ〉ｒ．０５外，ＡＤＭ、５－ＦＵ均相差不显著。从实验结果看，＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ放射自显影法的敏感性和重复性均优于集落培养法。The ~3H-TdR incorporation autoradiographic technic with concentration dependence was used on SMMC7721 in order to test efficacy of anticancer drugs DDP,ADM and 5-FU. Linear relationships were observed in these three drugs (r>r.05). IC50 of the three drugs was 2.54, 1. 23,and 69. 7 (μg/ml) respectively. There was no significant difference between concentration and anticancer potency in ADM and 5-FU except DDP (r>r. 05) by using colony culture method.The result showed that the autoradiographic method was better than colony culture method in sensitivity assessment and repetitiveness.
