微量垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳在癌相关蛋白检测中的价值

摘　　要：本文报道用微量垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检测450例癌患者,338例良性病患者和117名健康对照的结果。三组人群的阳性率分别为45.56％,12.4％和6.84％,与文献报道用同样的方法、和评判标准所得结果(75.5％,7.6％及 3.6％)有所不同,并再探讨该方法在癌筛选中的应用价值。This paper reports the results of determining cancer-associated proteins in 450 patients with cancer,338 cases with benign disease and 117 normal specimens by mierodose-plate-polyacryamide gel-electrophoresis and the positive rate were 45.56％,12. 43％ and 6. 84％ respectively. According to standard set by Ren Hui-ming,the result was differ- ent from that of Ren Hui-ming's despite the fact that the same technic and standard were used. The sensitivity in cases with carcinoma was not high enough to be used as a detecting method.
