摘　　要：免疫化学酶标技术为一种敏感可靠的技术。本文通过对92例阴茎良恶性肿瘤标本中花生凝集素受体(PNA)及刀豆凝集素受体(Con-A)的分布进行观察.并结合临床资料及部分随访结果进行讨论,试图对阴茎良恶性肿瘤病变的监别及判定预后提供帮助。The distribution of receptors of peanut agglutinin and con A agglutinin was studied in 92 specimens of benign and malignant tumors of the penis by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that under circumstances when positive granules of both the two agglutinins were distributed mainly on the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the tumor cells it could be construed that the tumors were well differentiated. If the positive granules of agglutinins were scanty and/or diffusely distributed in the cytoplasm,it connoted poor differentiation. The positivity rate and diversity of the receptor distribution might be used as an index of malignant degree of tumors. An attempt was made in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant tumors of the penis and in estimating the prognosis of the patient by this assay.
