吻合口瘘治愈后对预后的影响

摘　　要：本文介绍了16例食管、贲门癌切除后合并吻合口瘘均有胸腔惑染和发烧,经治愈后其5年存活率为50％,明显高于同期同类病人。文章介绍了临床观察资料,并就感染发烧对预后的影响作了初步探讨。From June 1979 to December 1984,30 anastomotic leakage took place in postoperative patients following esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer resection and 1 6 of them were cured. The others died. All the 16 survived patients developed postoperative thoracic cavity infection and fever. The 5-year survival rate of these 16 cases was 50% which was longer than that of patients with same stage of disease during the same peroid of time but uneventful pustopera-tively. It appears that infection and fever are advantageous in terms of long-range survival.
