摘　　要：通过立体定向手术脑尾状核胶原酶注射和胶原酶加肝素联合注射诱导两种大鼠脑出血模型,并从脑水含量、组织形态学、脑血流及行为症状等指标对两种模型加以比较,总结其优缺点。表明胶原酶加肝素诱导的大鼠脑出血模型与临床脑出血过程较为相似。Two kinds of animal model of intracerebral hemo-rrhage were produced by stereotactic technique and in-jection of collagenase or collagenase with heparin onrats.the differance of histology,brain water contentof brain tissue,and behavior of the two animal modelswas investigated.The strong and weak points of the 2kind of animal were compared.The result indicatesthat the process of intracerebral hemorrhage imducedby collagenase with heparin on rats is similar to intra-cerebral hemorrhage of clinical patients.
