先天性主动脉窦瘤破裂(附6例病病分析)

摘　　要：6例先天性主动脉窦瘤破裂病例。年龄15～41岁。手术治疗成功。手术证实5例右冠状窦瘤破入右室流出道伴室间隔缺损,1例无冠状窦瘤破入右房不伴室缺。对该病的诊断、鉴别诊断和外科治疗等问题进行了讨论。Six cases of te ruptured congenital aneurysm of the sinus of Vasalva were reported in this paper. The patients' age ranged from 15 to 41 years old. All of them were cured by successfully operative repair. Aneurysms ruptured from the right coronary sinuses of Valsalva into outflow tract of the right ventricle with VSD were five cases. Aneurysm ruptured from noncoronary sinus of Valsaha into the right atrium without VSD was one case. The diagnosis, differential diagnosis and surgical treatment and the other relative aspects of the ruptured congenital aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva were discussed.
