蜂蜜外搽治疗创伤及烧伤创面临床观察

摘　　要：用蜂蜜外搽治疗创伤及烧伤创面1363例,平均疗程14.5天,总有效率为97.5%,与应用抗生素治疗的635例对照比较,有显著差异(P<0.01)。观察发现蜂蜜具有营养创面、抗菌消炎、吸附消肿、减少渗出、促进创面愈合等作用。1363 cases of wounds and burn wounds wastreate withtopical application of bee honey with an average thera-peutic course of 14.5 days.the total effective rate be-ing 97.5%.When comparison made with 635 casestreated by antibiotics,the results were significantlydifferent.Observations revealed that bee honey pos-sesses the actions of nourishing the wounds,antiin-flammation,antimicrobe,absorption and decrease ofexudation,improvement of healing.
