单克隆抗体SC15与结直肠癌及大肠腺瘤的免疫组化反应性

摘　　要：本文应用抗人结肠癌相关抗原的单克隆抗体(MAb)SC15对246例各种结肠组织的免疫组化反应特性作了研究。结果134例各型结直肠癌中的123例(91.8％)有与此MAb结合的抗原表达;42例结直肠腺瘤的阳性反应率为35.7％(15/42);此MAb与40例成人结肠和30例胚胎结肠的反应均呈阴性。这些结果表明,与MAb SC15结合的这种抗原主要存在于结直肠癌中,并为关于它的进一步临床研究和应用提供了实验依据。The anti-human colon cancer monoclonal antibody SC15 was studied immuno-histochemically with 246 biopsy specimens of colorectal cancer, adenoma, and nor-mal and fetal colon tissue. The SC15 has no reaction with CEA and TAG-72 antigen.The antigen(s), that was recognized by the SC15, was expressed in 91.8% (123/134)colorectal cancers, in 35.7%(15/42) colorectal adenomas, but none in normal orfetal colon tissues (0/40 or 0/30 respectively). Different staining iatensity and varia-nt distribution in the positive staining tissues were observed. It is suggested that acomplex and heterogeneous SC15 antigen(s) expressed mainly in colorectal cancerand partly in adenoma. These findings may have potential usefulness of this SC15for clinical diagnosis and immunotherapy of colon carcinoma.
