消化性溃疡的流行病学调查:5647例纤维胃镜检查的剖析

摘　　要：我院自1979年至1991年共进行纤维胃镜检查5647例,检出消化性溃疡(Pu)965例,检出率为17.1%,其中十二指肠溃疡(Du)577例,占59.8%,胃溃疡(Gu)340例,占35.2%;Gu好发部位依次为胃角(33.5%)、胃窦(30.3%)和幽门管(21.7%);Du和Gu的平均发病年龄分别为36.3和41.9岁;Pu男性与女性之比为6.0∶1;Pu以1—3月检出率最高(平均为23.0%),6—8月最低(平均为12.8%),差异非常显著(P<0.001);The investigation was reported that the epidemiological characteristics of peptic ulrer (Pu) was analysed in 5647 rases with fibrogastroscopy. A total of 965 cases of Pu was found, the detection rate of Pu was 17.1%, among which, 59.8% for Du, 35.2% for Gu. Tha ratio of Du to Gu was 1.7:1. The locations of lesion for Gu were lesser curvature (33.5%) , autrum (30.3%) and pylorus (21.7%) .The ratio of male to female wes 6:1. The average age of onset for Du (31.3 yrs) was five years younger than thai of Gu (41.9 yrs) . The incidence of Pu was significantly higher in winter (23%) than in summer (12.8%) (P<0.001) .Our study also suggested that the detection rate of Pu had already been decreased gradually since 1979
