摘 要:针对汽车发动机铸件生产中存在的强度低,渗漏率高等问题,提出高共晶度、低合金化的解决途径.在高共晶度(Sc=0.95~1.00)条件下,研究了Cr,Mo,Cu及Cr-Mo-Cu复合加入对铸铁性能及组织的影响规律,选择了合适的化学成分范围,并检测了铸铁的抗渗漏能力.According to existing problems of lower strength and higher leakage for automotive engine castings, the solution method by increasing carbon saturation value addition of alloying was proposed in this paper. In the region of higher carbon saturation value(Sc=0.95~1.0), the effect of addition of Cr, Mo、Cu and Cr-Mo-Cu on the quality and the structure of gray cast iron was studied ard a range of proper chemical composition was choiced and the leakage-resistance of castings was also tested.
