摘 要:应用银染技术,对10例乳腺增生,11例乳腺纤维腺瘤,3例管内癌,57例浸润癌进行核仁组成区(AgNOR)定量观察。结果表明:良恶性肿瘤细胞核内AgNOR颗粒的数目、分布有明显差异,管内癌和浸润癌细胞核内的AgNOR颗粒数目有明显差异,而浸润癌(单纯癌、髓样癌、管内浸润癌等)各组间AgNOR数目无差异。上进结果提示,AgNOR技术有助于乳腺良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断和乳腺肿瘤分类。Using a silver staining technique, nucleolar orgnizer regionassocated protein (AgNOR) have been studied quantitatively in paraffin sections of 10 epitheliasises, 11 fibroadenoma, 3 intraduct carcinomas. and 57 infiltrating carcinomas. Asignificnt difference in numbers, localization of the nucleolar of benign and malignant lesions were demontrated(P<0.01) and a significant difference between intraduct carcinoma and infiltrating carcinomas (simple carcinoma, medullary carcinoma and introduct infiltrating carnoma et al was also founded. It suggested that AgNOR technique may be helpful in differentiating benign andmalignant breast lesions and in the typing of tumors.
