胆石病人的胰外分泌功能状况调查

摘　　要：采用BT-PABA试验和氨基酸消耗试验检测胆囊结石和肝胆管结石者的胰外分泌功能。结果:胆囊结石和肝胆管结石组分别有13.8％和23.8％两法一致检出胰功能低下,两组各有30.0％、26.3％术中发现胰头变硬,部分病理示慢性胰腺炎。讨论了胆石者黄疸、胆管炎、胰头硬变与胰功能及消化道症状的关系,提出胆石合并的胰头硬变属于亚临床阶段慢性胰腺炎的观点。The exocrine pancreatic function of 160 patients with gallstone (GS) or heptolithiasis (HS) was investigated by BT-PABA test and amino acid consumption test. The occurance rate of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency was 13. 8% in GS group and 23. 8% in HS group respectively ; the hardened head of pancreas was found in 24 GS cases and 21 HS cases, some of which have been pathologically demostrated to be chronic pancreatitis. The relatiopnship between jaundice, cholangitis, consolidation of the head of pancreas, exocrine pancreatic function was discussed. It is suggested that the cirrhotic change of the head of pancreas in patient with cholel ithiasis belong to subclinic chronic pancreatitis.
