摘 要:应用原子吸收光谱法、听觉电生理与耳蜗组织病理学方法观察缺铁大鼠肾虚证的形成和发展。研究结果表明,缺铁肾虚大鼠血清铁含量显著降低,血清锌、铜、镁、钙含量在正常范围内,有肾虚见证的缺铁大鼠全部出现感音神经性聋,耳蜗显微结构变化不同于无肾虚见证的缺铁大鼠。作者认为,肾通过对铁代谢的调控影响耳蜗显微结构与生理功能。The onset and the development of Kidney-asthenia syndrome in iron-defi- cient rats were studied by means of the atomic absorption spectrophotometry, auditory electrophysiological and cochlear histopathological techniques.The findings showed that a significant reduction of serum iron level,normal limit of serum zinc,copper,magnesium and calcium levels were seen in the iron- deficient rats with Kidney-asthenia syndrome.Although sensorineural hearing loss was observed in all the iron-deficient rats with Kidney-asthenia syndrome, the changes of cochlear microstructure in the animals were significantly different from those in the iron-deficient rats without Kidney-asthenia.The authors suggested that the kidney affect the cochlear microstructures and functions through controlling the iron metabolism.
