人工晶体激光损伤阈值的实验研究

摘  要:对不同材料及类型人工晶体(PMMA、硅凝胶、玻璃质人工晶体)激光能量和功率密度50%损伤阈值(DT-50)进行定量研究,结果表明,其抗激光损伤能力由弱到强依次为硅凝胶人工晶体(79.22gW/cm^2),玻璃人工晶体(100.82gW/cm^2),PMMA切削人工晶体(115.23gW/cm^2),模压PMMA人工晶体(142.49gW/cm^2)。建议在以Q-开关Nd:YAG激光作后囊膜切开时,激光输出能量或功率密度,应控制在人工晶体激光损伤阔值水平以下,以减少人工晶体损伤。本文还对各种人工晶体激光损伤扫描电镜观察结果进行描述。Laser energe and power density producing damage at a probability of 0.5 (ie, damage threshold, DT-50) was determined for PMMA (with/without UV absorber), Silicone, and Glass Intraocular Lenses. In order of increasing laser resistance the fillowing resalts were obtained: Silicone (79.22gW/cm^2), Glass (100.82gW/cm^2), Lathe-cut PMMA (115.23gW/cm^2) and Castmoded PMMA (142.49gW/cm^2). It is recommended that only power levels below the damage thrashold to be used in photodiscission for posterior capsulotomy can minimize the risk of Nd, YAG laser IOL damage. Characteristic damage patterns were observed for IOLs ay scanninig electron microscopy.
