摘　　要：报告21例颅内脊索瘤,按部位分为鞍区型、颅中窝型、颅后窝型和鼻咽型。20例分别经乳突后、枕下极外侧、前方颅底、鼻蝶、口腔、颞下等入路手术,肿瘤全切5例,次全或大部切除11例,部分切除3例,活检1例。无死亡。作者讨论了颅内脊索瘤的分型、诊断和治疗,重点介绍了手术入路的选择和前方颅底、枕下极外侧入路的基本方法。Twenty-one patients with intracranial chordomas were reported. The tumors were classified into sellar region, middle fossa, posterior fossa and nasopharynx patterns based on their location, All patients with the exception of one whose cardiac funtion was rather poor were operated on via various approaches including retromastoid, extreme lateral suboccipital, anterior basal, sphenoidal, oral, subtemporal, etc. The tumors were removed totally in 5 cases, subtotal or largely partial in 11, and partial in 3. Only biopsy was performed in one patient. No death occurred. The classification, diagnosis and treatment were discussed. The surgical approaches and techniques were described.
