摘 要:采用免疫电镜技术对正常牙髓中HLA-Ⅱ类抗原分子的分布和阳性细胞的超微结构进行了研究。结果表明:HLA-Ⅱ类抗原主要表达在细胞膜和胞浆内的内含体上,尤其是粗大的胞浆突上密度较高。说明对外源性抗原的处理和提呈的主要功能部位是阳性细胞的细胞突起。另外,内皮细胞也呈阳性反应,它可能与防御血源性感染有关。Distributive character of HLA - II antigen and ultra-microstructures of HLA-II antigen positive cells in the normal pulp were studied by means of innuno- electron microscopy. The results showed that the HLA-II antigen was mainly observed oa cell membrane and introeytoplasmic endosoma, especially on the cytoplasmic process. The existence of HLA-II antigens suggested an inherent capacity of the pulp to process and present foreign antigens was in the cytoplasmic processes. In addition to, endothelial cells were also HLA-II antigen positive, and the existence was probably related to the prevention of hematic infection.
