格林—巴利综合征患者体液免疫功能测定及临床意义

摘　　要：本文对40例急性格林-巴利综合征患者的体液免疫功能进行了测定,其中男28例,女12例.结果显示格林-巴利综合症患者血中IgG、IgA、IgM、CIC含量较对照组明显升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01);C_3含量较正常组明显降低(P<0.001)。提示本病患者体液免疫功能异常,在发病过程中起重要作用.Determination of humoral immune function was carried out in 40 patients with Guillain — Barre syndrome (GBS). Among these patients,28 were male and 12 were remale. The results showed that the levels of IgG. IgM. IgA and CIC were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0. 05,P<0. 05,P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The levels of C_3 has decreased (P <0. 001 )in patients with GBS. It was suggested that in patients with GBS humoral immune dysfunction might play an important role in the pathogenesis of the syndrome.
